Meredith Kinee and Rachel Cuyler are New York-based Group Creative Directors that have been partners for over ten years, shaping work through innovative and authentic storytelling—a passion shared between them even before working in advertising.  

With backgrounds in fashion, journalism, and fine arts, Meredith and Rachel have always been interested in cultivating observations by honoring both intuition and research. As a duo with a shared literary and artistic lens, they approach everything they do with an intention to unearth new and untold perspectives, developing authentic and interesting stories and work that people want to connect with.

Their work has been recognized at Cannes, The One Show, D&AD, Clios, NY Festival, Adweek, among others, and they have written articles featured in industry publications. They were part of the first ever all female creative-led team to produce a Super Bowl spot in 2019 for female-led company Bumble, they won for Best Use of AI at Adweek’s inaugural 2019 Experiential Awards—recognizing innovative use of data for their New Balance work, they have debuted songs, made music videos, built partnerships and grown brands. 

Most recently at VML, Meredith and Rachel helped lead and rebrand Dell Technologies globally, shaping them into a leader in the industry and exceeding metrics year over year with broadcast, campaign and online storytelling across enterprise, small business and direct to consumer products. They’ve acquired the Starbucks and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts AOR wins for VML, and expanded WPP business partnerships with brands like L’Oréal.
